RETAIL SHIPPING 

The shipping cost is to be covered by the customer if the retail order value is below our free shipping minimum. We determine our carrier based on location, size, and weight of goods packed.

For those who do not require shipping, local pickup of goods is available at no cost.

In addition to the cost of shipping, we may apply for additional insurance cover on orders. This is to ensure that in the unlikely event that orders arrive missing or damaged, the cost is insured. However, we cannot guarantee this will always be applied to all orders.

Shipping must be to an actual and accurate address or PO box. We are not accountable for any parcels that do not arrive because of incorrect shipping addresses provided to us. We may also contact customers and check addresses to ensure the accuracy of shipping information.

Our products and shipment packaging are designed to be either reused, recycled, or repurposed. Goods are shipped in cardboard boxes or compostable satchels, either new or recycled along with recyclable packing and paper tape. We endeavour to pack all goods with the utmost care to prevent damage in transit.

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within Urthly Organics work hours (Monday-Wednesday 10 am-4 pm). Orders submitted on Wednesday, on public holidays, out of workplace hours, or other closure of business events will be actioned and/or shipped on the next available day. In the event a delay occurs, we queue orders by date and will reach your order as soon as possible.

 Shipping times are determined by our carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day as a business. We encourage customers to order early to ensure no disappointment for any gifts or events, especially during peak periods. 

Shipping terms and conditions are not governed by Urthly Organics. We use third party shipment companies to deliver products (AusPost, TNT, Couriers Please, Aramex). By choosing shipping as an option, you agree to the terms and conditions set out by the third party providers. 

The shipping of exchanged or returned goods varies from regular shipping. And additional shipping costs or responsibilities may need to be covered by the customer. Please see Faulty or Lost, Damaged, Exchanges or Returns Policy.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING 

The shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We will always endeavor to provide the best price available to ensure this cost is as low as we can find. We determine our carrier based on location, size, and weight of goods packed.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In transit, we are unable to guarantee all orders will be delivered safely and in a timely manner. If a shipping issue occurs, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf.

PEAK DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to provide accurate delivery cut off dates for peak times, such as Christmas. This information is typically provided by the third party shipping services. We are not responsible for parcels that do not arrive late.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage customers to shop earlier and use the dates provided as a guide. This provides Urthly Organics with more time to ensure your order is appropriately packaged, and for the shipping company to reach you potentially sooner. 


CHANGES TO SHIPPING AND POLICIES

Urthly Organics has the right to amend shipping charges at any time without notice to consumers.

Urthly Organics has the right to amend shipping and costs in orders. This is at the discretion of Urthly Organics. However, the changes will not occur without the knowledge of a customer.

Shipping may be amended in the following situations: The wrong shipping option at checkout is added (eg. pickup instead of shipping); system errors; custom orders; wholesale order size and price; address amendments; or we have contacted the customer.
